PYD release 2 Kurdish opponents

Political opponent Bashar Amin after he was released

On Monday, PYD gunmen released two Kurdish opponents from Alaya prison in al-Qamishli in Hasakah countryside.

Anti-PYD activists said PYD released the member of the political office of “Kurditan Democratic Party-Syria” Bashar Amin and the member of general committee of Kurdish National Council in Syria Amin Hussam.

PYD arrested both opponents on May 2017 and both of them spent their detention period in Alaya prison in Qamishli city in north east Syria.

Meanwhile dozens of political opponents from Kurdish National Council and other parties are still in “Democratic Union Party PYD”.
