“Syrian Democratic Forces SDF” captured on Friday morning Kediran and Baath Dam in Raqqa western countryside 30 km away from the city following ISIS retreat to the southern bank of Euphrates River (al-Shamyie) after interrupted clashes between both sides.

NSO reporter said YPG-dominated SDF captured Kediran and Baath Dam after a week of besiegement with intense bombardment by Coalition warplanes which forced ISIS to retreat to the other side of the river bank.

Reporter added those areas was ISIS last point in Raqqa western countryside from the northern Euphrates bank (Al-Jazira) after SDF advance and capturing areas in Raqqa southern suburbs while ISIS still on the countryside in the southern bank until Henida village 30km away from Raqqa 

15 civilians all women and children were killed last week in US-led coalition bombardment on Kediran village next to Baath Dam which was built with Euphrates Dam during 70s as an agricultural dam to release pressure on Euphrates Dam in case the river level reached alarming level.
